“We hired James to remodel a very dated kitchen and convert a small bedroom into a 3/4 master bath and walk-in closet. James really pays attention to what you want and is constantly checking with you regarding your project. This is our 3rd kitchen remodel and our 4th or 5th bathroom. (different houses). James does excellent work but the thing that sets him apart from the other contractors we have used is that while he listens closely to how you want things he will also offer you different options. I have found that it is wise to pay attention to those as they are often better than mine. Of course, if you want to stick with your decision, that is fine also.
Most contractors just do exactly what you want as to where you want the towel bars, etc. and sometimes you wish they hadn't.
He was very willing to work with our budget in Seattle and came in on budget and on time other than the things we added. His subs are good and show up on time for him.
